i guess you want to know what i really think, so no gloves here.
this is a very strange way of making a website, forum has its purpose, and i almost closed the window thinking it is a user comment area.
then i realised there is no screenshot (or none easy to spot, which is the same), so why should i download and check on this program?
I will, becoz im desperately looking for smthing, but i strongly suggest you adopt a more classic website design.
that said, thanx for sharing your work and ... keep it up
